To make an order for same-day delivery, select Same-Day Delivery Auckland Central as your shipping method at checkout. You will then receive a message from us with details about the expected delivery time.
If your post code/suburb is not listed above, please contact us as we may be able to arrange to deliver to you same-day.
We use the overnight courier service and send out all orders received before 2PM on the same-day. This means that most of our customers receive their order the day after they have placed it on weekdays.
Courier delays, especially during busy times of the year, are unfortunately beyond our control. This is why we tell customers to please allow up to 3 working days to receive their order.
There may be further delays for South Island orders or for rural delivery. If this applies to you, please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order. You can find out more in our shipping policy.
Customers have the option to select Saturday Delivery at checkout if they need their order to be delivered in time for a weekend event.
We recommend that customers who place their order on a Thursday or Friday use this feature if they have concerns about receiving their order on time. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery will occur as expected as the courier companies we use are beyond our control.
Customers in central Auckland also have the option of selecting Same-Day Delivery on Saturdays if their delivery address is in one of the postcodes listed above. Please contact us before placing a Same Day Delivery order on weekends or public holidays as we may not be available to dispatch your order.
We do allow pick ups in Saint Johns on weekdays during business hours. Simply make an order online then select Pick Up as your shipping method. You will then receive a notification when your order is ready to pick up.
Sometimes we also allow pick ups outside of business hours and on weekends and public holidays. Please contact us to arrange this.
All cream chargers are 100% recyclable in New Zealand. Please recycle all empty chargers after use. However, do not dispose of unused cream chargers.
